I got an email the other day the other day from Satan . In it he went on and on about how much he loves the band. I was immediately taken aback and shocked and I knew no one would believe me. So I wrote him back. I asked him if there was anything he could do to help me prove his love for the band to the world. He wrote back excited and told me about how he just got a new XtremeMac IPV-MIC-20 MicroMemo Digital Voice Recorder for his iPod Video and he had something in mind. Acoustic Surgeon Opening up for Nick Oliveri

Just confirmed Jan 24 at the Khyber opening up for Nick Oliveri on his “Death Acoustic Tour” . This will be the first time ever the band will be performing acoustic. This should be interesting. Come out and see how it goes. $10 +21 Also performing. Ganto Barn.

We would like to thank everyone who came out and made the Tritone show so awesome. Do you See the Dark, Officer Slug and Seizure 17 all rocked the place. October was a nice month for us. We played some good shows. Found out Nyack NY and Olives is pretty damn awesome.

We also played a good show on mischeif night at the fire with the Victor Victor band and Big Terrible. I shot some pictures with some help from Lydia. You can see some shots here.

Right now we have a nice little break that we will use to write some new songs for our upcomming EP. If you would like to hear some of the new Surgeon music just come out to a show.

We just finshed up a good weekend of shows. We played in New York and Delaware and played with some great bands. I realized that in all the commotion I forgot to mention a few good things that have happened for the band over the past month. 1st off we are now on Pandora click on the link and make a Surgeon station. Its been a little while since I’ve updated this but its for good reasons. The band been busy as hell working on new stuff and my computer had a meltdown. So now 3 new songs deep and +1 motherboard we have some news for you. 1st off we’ve added lots of new shows for the fall and winter. Some in Philly but mostly outside of our home town. Just yesterday the band was added to NYC’s M.E.A.N.Y. Fest where we will be playing at the rebel. I hope we win the 5k in gibson gear so I can sell it and buy a van and maybe some new shoes.
